Who can install this
product to my boat?
ANY boat yard technician or skilled DIY person can install this unit in a very short period of time. This unique Bow Thruster does not require labour intensive, complex Epoxy work. Simply place the pump over the inlet hole, tighten the inlet and connect the hoses. Drill holes for the nozzles and the flanges will cover the hole. Simple, Secure and Easy!

We have developed the Jet Thruster Micro with DIY install in the back of our minds. It's truly easy to install this Thruster because NO Fiberglass work is required. Simply drill the inlet and nozzle holes with the provided drill set, and fix the thru-hulls in place. Obviously our extensive installation manual will guide you thru the process.
Where installing a Tunnel Thruster is a delicate work, where knowledge of Epoxy resin, fiberglass, Gelcoat and Antifouling is part of the work. With a Jet Thruster Micro you avoid that. The flanges will cover the boreholes.
No need to work with the fiberglass Epoxy chemicals. Installing the Jet Thruster Micro comes down to basic fitting.
After the inlet and nozzles are in place, it will look like the Jet Thruster was factory installed to your boat!
Installing a Jet Thruster Micro is a great winter project. We can promise, your friends and boating community will be very interested to see what you are up to! When the summers is there, you can dock like a Pro!

Safe product for Gasoline Engine Areas!
Jet Thruster Micro is fully ignition protected (ISO 8846) for use in boats with petrol engines. It has a hermetically sealed ultra-strong ABS housing around all electric parts.
This ABS cover provides the ignition protection as no petrol fumes can enter & be ignited by sparks. The other advantage is that the electric parts that could be damaged by water are also covered & protected, making this thruster the ideal choice as it always will remain dry.

Jet Thruster Micro - Function
Expelling a volume of water results in a thrust force
The Jet principale of a Jet Thruster Micro is quite easy:
- Water intake into pump directly from underneath the hull
- Impeller will push water to the diverter valve inside the pump
- Joystick selects direction of flow
- Water will flow from pump towards the nozzles
- Flexible hose and high quality parts are flexible to install
- Nozzles are placed maximum forward in the hull
- Water will exit the nozzle at a given velocity
- Boat wil smoothly move into opposite direction
